Stefanplast S.p.A., a leading manufacturer of plastic products for home, garden, and pet care, has acquired Giganplast S.r.l., a key player in the production of plastic containers and solutions for the HoReCa(Hospitality, Restaurant, and Catering) sector. Based in Mezzago (MB), Giganplast serves a broad client base of hospitality, restaurant, and catering professionals, both nationally and internationally.
The Stefani family, now in its third generation of leadership at Stefanplast, states:

With 44 state-of-the-art injection molding machines and an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons offinished goods, Stefanplast stands among the leading manufacturers of plastic products in both thenational and European markets. Closing 2024 with a solid turnover exceeding €43 million, the companycontinues to demonstrate sustained growth.Giganplast, with an annual turnover of over €8 million, produces approximately 6,000 units per day andoperates a 9,000 m² warehouse. As a result of this strategic union, the combined entity now boasts aworkforce of 200 employees and a product portfolio of more than 1,500 catalog items.
