Product security
Ensure that the carrier is the right size for the animal: the animal should be able to turn around, stand up, and lie down comfortably. Check that the doors, clips, and locking systems are properly closed before moving the carrier. Always use the handle or designated supports to move the carrier. Do not drag it or handle it improperly. In the car, secure the carrier with seat belts or place it so it does not move during the journey. Do not leave the carrier exposed to direct sunlight for long periods to prevent material deterioration or overheating. Small components such as clips, pins, or hooks could be accidentally ingested by the animal or children. Keep these parts out of their reach. Periodically check the integrity of the carrier. Never leave the animal unattended in the carrier for long periods, especially in hot or cold environments.
